Due to ongoing and continuing growth my client is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their highly successful team. Your brief will be to drive revenue and seek out new opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for a results driven individual.

Reporting to the Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Seek out new business opportunities via researching, analyzing and prospecting;
  • Manage your client base to maximize revenue streams
  • Develop sales and business development initiatives
  • Build, maintain and expand customer portfolio
  • Develop and maintain relationship with tier 1 clients
  • Gain a clear understanding of your clients requirements

To be successful you must have:

  • Exceptional networking & customer service skills
  • The ability to self-manage, self-motivate
  • Strong work ethics – the mentality to run a business within a business
  • Previous experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A high level commercial acumen fostered within the steel distribution and supply solution setting
