Business Analyst role to manage and implement improvements to IT Systems including CRM, BI and ERP.

Your new role
In this exciting new position, you will look at ways to continuously improve IT processes and integrate changes to the CRM into the company for optimal sales effectiveness. You will be responsible for business process mapping, design and implementation of new Salesforce CRM improvements. In this role, you will identify, propose and implement Salesforce process improvements to take full advantage of Salesforce functionality and automation. This position will also require implementing improvements to the BI tools and working on the organisation’s ERP. You will be expected to gain an understanding of current and future business goals to propose actions for improvements. Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, it is essential to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you will develop, coach and mentor fellow colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Have a working knowledge of CRM, ideally Salesforce

  • Prior experience with ERP and Business Intelligence platforms will be favourable

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong analytical capability (the ability to extract business requirements, look for business process simplification and challenge the status quo)

  • High attention to detail with the focus on seeking effective business and customer outcomes

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Strong knowledge of IT Systems and administration

  • Courageous, empathetic and passionate
