New year, new role? If you`ve got some bookkeeping or accounts pay/receive experience in construction (MYOB preferable) this could be it!
Our Client is a growing 3rd tier commercial and apartment builder. They have been in operation for over 5 years and now turnover $30M+. Due to their current bookkeeper taking maternity leave they are now looking for a permanent replacement to assist with the financial function of the business.
Reporting into the Director you will be responsible for the management of the finance function including: Producing the monthly management accounts; Reporting profit and loss, capital expenditure, cash-flow reporting and sub-contractor payments.
What you`ll need:
- Australian construction experience in a financial services role (essential)
- Previous experience with MYOB (highly beneficial)
- Solid interpersonal/communication skills
- Reliability and the ability to get the job done
