Currently seeking to fill a dynamic Assistant Accountant role for a growing multinational corporation within the Manufacturing sector. The role will have a focus on Inventory management and reporting.

Reporting to the Management Accountant, this Assistant Accountant role will be key in contributing to the business growth strategy by assisting and improving the overall accounting processes and systems, with a focus on inventory management. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Support day to day accounting responsibilities in the finance division.
  • Assist in monthly reporting; overseeing the production of accurate financial reports and statements.
  • Manage weekly reporting including; P&L reporting, general ledger and bank reconciliations, variance analysis and BAS lodgement.
  • Assist in audit process.
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Inventory management and reporting.
  • Ad-hoc reporting as required.


The successful applicant will be outgoing, ambitious and career driven who is looking for long term career advancement.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential with CPA/CA studies complete or underway
  • At least 2-4 years’ experience in similar role
  • Exposure to Inventory management and reporting essential
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment in a collaborative manner
  • Solid initiative and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • ERP experience with Oracle
  • Advanced Excel skills
