About the Role
You will work in the Customer Experience and Regulatory Education Unit and provide administrative support to the Director and the Unit. You may also undertake administrative and business support projects and research, and provide a front line customer service to internal and external clients.

Reporting to the Director, you will balance conflicting priorities and negotiating workable timeframes with unit staff seeking administrative support from you.
You are a driven and proactive individual who has good written and verbal communication skills. You are able to efficiently manage your own day to day priorities and liaise with customers and other stakeholders on a range of activities. You have good knowledge of word and excel, and can quickly learn other IT software systems.

Liquor & Gaming NSW (L&GNSW) is a division of the Department of Industry and is responsible for the overall regulatory framework across liquor, registered clubs and gambling activities in NSW. L&GNSW`s responsibilities include compliance, enforcement and licensing functions, as well as providing policy advice, program evaluation and executive support to the NSW Government.
