Administration Officer

About the Role
You will work in the Customer Experience and Regulatory Education Unit and provide administrative support to the Director and the Unit. You may also undertake administrative and business support projects and research, and provide a front line customer service to internal and external clients.

About You
Reporting to the Director, you will balance conflicting priorities and negotiating workable timeframes with unit staff seeking administrative support from you.
You are a driven and proactive individual who has good written and verbal communication skills. You are able to efficiently manage your own day to day priorities and liaise with customers and other stakeholders on a range of activities. You have good knowledge of word and excel, and can quickly learn other IT software systems.
