Our client is looking for a friendly and easy going candidate to join their close-knit team. This is a varied and fast paced role for an experienced administrator.


Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:



  • Supporting Sales Directors

  • Checking through confidential and important information

  • Data entry

  • Assisting with contracts

  • Processing invoices

  • Assisting with mail duties

  • Generating documents and reports

  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies

  • Adhoc admin


To be succesful in this role you will have:



  • Previous 1 year experience in an administration or sales administration role

  • Prior experience within the Media sector would be advantageous

  • A flexible approach to your work

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • An easy going and friendly attitude

  • An eagerness to learn new tasks and systems
