Your Role

You will work closely with the rest of the administration team in a rotating environment, where you will learn to support each of the business areas and work together to share the workload. This is a fast paced role for someone with experience within a professional services firm. You will have excellent attention to detail and a positive, can do attitude. You must be able to use your initiative as there is no time for hand holding.

The Day to Day

  • Maintaining electronic and hardcopy filing systems and updating contact lists
  • Liaising with clients, court registries and other parties
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Organise travel arrangements, meetings, and room bookings
  • Diary management for up to 5 staff at various levels within the firm
  • A variety of ad hoc tasks as required

Skills and Experience

  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Excellent MS Office Abilities
  • Polished, professional presentation
  • Experience working in a professional services environment preferred
