Administration Assistant

Our client is a NSW State Government agency, based in Sydney`s CBD. They are currently seeking an experience Administration Assistant to join their team ASAP.

This role is initially for 6 months, but there are ongoing opportunities available.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure administrative funcations are completed effectivley and efficiently
  • Ensure records are kept, creatied and archived correctly
  • Ensure office and building facilities are clean, tidy and orgainsed
  • Administer fleet hir car function, liaising wiht state fleet, tracking approvals and payments
  • Cover reception duties on an ad hoc basis

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong administration background
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel and Word skills
  • Experience using a Records Management System e.g. TRIM
  • Good communication skills
