Hudson is a global leader in the supply of Office Support professionals. We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator for a leading Utilities company in Perth.


This is initially a 3 month contract role with the possibility of an extension or permanency down the track.


Key duties and responsibilities include:



  • Undertake billing and invoicing through SAP

  • Scheduling of maintenance staff

  • Undertake data analysis and investigations

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders

  • Provide a high level of customer service to their clients

  • Undertaking all administration tasks as required


To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate the following:



  • Previous experience with SAP

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written

  • Strong analytical, innovative and problem solving skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
